Day 1: Diani Beach – Mombasa – Nairobi – Masai Mara
Your safari begins with a morning transfer from Diani Beach to Mombasa Airport. Fly to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi, where you connect to your scheduled flight to the Masai Mara. Upon arrival, meet your safari guide and begin your first game drive en route to your lodge or camp. Enjoy dinner and your first night in the Mara.
Day 2: Full-Day Masai Mara Safari
Spend a full day exploring the Masai Mara on morning and afternoon game drives. The reserve is home to an impressive variety of wildlife, including lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, buffalo, giraffes and zebras. Explore the open savannah and, depending on the season, areas around the Mara River where wildlife congregates. Return to your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 3: Masai Mara – Nairobi – Mombasa – Diani Beach
Enjoy an early morning game drive before breakfast, giving you one final opportunity to explore the Mara and spot wildlife in the cool morning hours. Return for breakfast before transferring to the airstrip for your flight to Nairobi. Connect with your flight to Mombasa, where your driver will meet you for the transfer back to Diani Beach, marking the end of your safari.
