Booking Terms

TERMS OF TOUR BOOKING

1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed once Roam Diani Safaris has received the required payment and issued a booking confirmation. Please check your confirmation carefully and notify us immediately if any details are incorrect.

2. Payment

A 40% deposit is required to confirm your safari booking. The deposit is non-refundable once the booking has been confirmed, as accommodation, flights and other safari services may be reserved in advance on your behalf.

3. Prices

Our prices are based on the services and inclusions stated in your booking or itinerary. Prices may change before confirmation due to changes in supplier costs, taxes, park fees, transportation costs, or other circumstances.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to keep things clear and fair for all guests. Please review the terms below for information about cancellations, booking changes, weather-related cancellations, and minimum traveler requirements.

Cancellations made 60 days or more before the safari will receive a refund of the amount paid, less the non-refundable deposit and any charges already incurred from third-party suppliers.

Cancellations made 30–59 days before departure will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total safari cost.

Cancellations made 15–29 days before departure will incur a cancellation fee of 75% of the total safari cost.

Cancellations made 14 days or less before departure, including no-shows, are 100% non-refundable.

Please note that domestic flights, accommodation, park/conservation fees and other services may have their own cancellation terms and may be non-refundable once booked. Any refund will therefore be subject to the applicable supplier cancellation policies.

ADDITIONAL BOOKING TERMS

1. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for providing accurate booking information, arriving at the agreed meeting point on time, following the instructions of our guides and drivers, and complying with applicable park, accommodation, and activity rules.

2. Travel Documents

Guests are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, visas, travel insurance, permits, and any other documents required for their trip. Roam Diani Safaris is not responsible for costs arising from missing or invalid travel documents.

3. Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during tours and safaris. Roam Diani Safaris is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property unless caused by our negligence or as otherwise required by applicable law.

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all guests obtain appropriate travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, personal belongings, and other travel-related risks.

5. Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking with Roam Diani Safaris, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Booking Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cancellation Policy
