Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to the scheduled departure date shall be eligible for a refund, less the non-refundable deposit and any costs or charges incurred from third-party suppliers.
Cancellations made 30–59 days prior to departure shall be subject to a cancellation charge of 50% of the total safari cost, while cancellations made 15–29 days prior shall incur a 75% cancellation charge.
Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to departure, including no-shows, shall be fully non-refundable.
All refunds remain subject to the applicable cancellation and refund policies of airlines, accommodation providers, parks, conservation areas, and other third-party service providers.
